Design services at Spire CM are unique in several ways:

Our designers have considerable experience with “hands on” construction so they know, first hand, which designs work in the field. They know exactly how things go together so there wont be any surprises when it comes time to build.
Our designers are involved it the construction management of the project so they’re always on hand to provide guidance to the contractors.
Our interior design staff takes an artistic approach to their designs. They place a strong emphasis on the owner’s preferences and consider all aspects such as environment, lighting, functionality and color.
Rather than designing a building and then turning it over to the interior designer, Spire CM approaches the building and interior design as a cohesive project.

Here's how it works:

Through a series of interviews, our designers will determine certain key aspects of the design that are preferred by the owner(s).
Using the owner's information, Spire CM will generate a preliminary design.
Through another series of meetings, the designers and owners will fine tune the building design, determine finishes and trim materials and select interior fixtures, furnishings, artwork, etc. They will also incorporate the owner's current possessions, furniture, artwork and collections into the interior design.
The Spire CM staff will generate a home design that is customized and personalized to the specific desires of the owner.
